Amanda Richer
Research Associate
Amanda Richer was a Research Associate at the National Institute on Out-of-School Time (NIOST). She enjoyed using data management skills and her knowledge of statistical programming to investigate research projects on different perspectives of after school programs. Amanda used to be involved in a number of projects on after school assessment aimed at understanding youth’s experiences, attitudes and beliefs, and their future expectations.
Prior to coming to NIOST, Amanda completed her MA in General/Experimental Psychology from UMASS Dartmouth, where she conducted research on nonverbal communication, personality traits, and cooperation in young adults.
